ASIAN ROAST PORK TENDERLOIN
1 lb. Pork Tenderloin Roll
2 tablespoons White Wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon cooking oil
2 teaspoon grated ginger
3 cloves chopped garlic
Directions
Mix all ingredients, reserving 2 tablespoon of mixture for later. Add pork to remainder and marinate and refrigerate several hours.
Preheat oven to 375-F. Place pork on a rack over a roasting pan and roast about 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 160 degrees. Pork should be barely pink inside. While roasting, baste pork once with it's juices. When meat is done, remove from oven, season with salt and pepper and let set covered with a piece of tin foil for 10 minutes then slice thin and top with some fresh apples slices that have been fried, enough to soften them, in the 2 tablespoon of the reserved marinate, 2 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoon corn syrup and a pinch of cinnamon. Garnish with a fresh strawberry when in season.
