BARBECUE SECRET BBQ SAUCE
Pork Ribs with Sweet Finger-Smacking
Bar BQ Sauce.

2 ½ cup Heinz Ketchup (one 24 oz bottle)
2  cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 teaspoon ground celery seed
1 tablespoon soy sauce
11/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoon molasses
2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce (Peking Sauce)
1 teaspoon Hickory concentrated liquid smoke
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon mustard powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 heaping tablespoon tomato paste
½ cup Honey
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 cup Apple juice with1 tablespoon corn starch dissolved in it
1 teaspoon hot sauce, add more to your liking, lastly
*Optional; 1/4 teaspoon accent or Aji-no-moto (MSG)


Method;
Add everything to a sauce pan, keep stirring with a wood spoon and then more rapidly as it gets hot until it boils (careful not to splatter on exposed skin,) remove from heat and let cool.
Makes enough sauce for three to four 14" long slabs of pork rib slabs.
Store unused sauce in refrigerator in empty containers with a tight lid.
