CRANBERRY JUICE
Punch Drink Recipe
9 cups cranberry juice
1 and 1/2 cups orange juice
Quartered orange slices
Sugar syrup to taste
Fresh mint leaves
Combine fruit juices; chill several
hours, then serve in tall glasses over
ice cubes, or cubes made of cranberry juice.
Garnish with orange slices and mint leaves.
Makes Seven 8 oz. glasses
SUGAR SYRUP RECIPE
Use in any drink with no gritty sugar settling on bottom. Stores for a long time in a tight lid jar at room temperature. Use in cold drinks and hot beverages, in baking, cooking and salad dressing recipes.
1 cup sugar or 1 and 1/4 cup Splenda
1 cup water

Combine sugar and water, bring to a boil and stir for several minutes until dissolved, cool.
Makes 1 cup of syrup equivalent to 1 cup of sugar.
