PURPLE COW ICE CREAM TREAT
Cold Drink Beverage
Ingredients
Combine in a shaker
1 cup grape juice, chilled
2 tablespoon sugar syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoon milk or Cream
Method
Shake well then add 2 large scoop vanilla ice cream.
Shake again until blended. Pour into chilled glasses
Top with whipped cream.
Fills one large glass
SUGAR SYRUP RECIPE
Use in any drink with no gritty sugar settling on bottom. Stores for a long time in a tight lid jar at room temperature or in refrigerator. Use in cold drinks and hot beverages, in baking, cooking and salad dressing recipes.
1 cup sugar or 1-1/4 cup Splenda Sugar Substitute
1 cup water
Combine sugar and water, bring to a boil and stir for several minutes until dissolved, cool.
Makes 1 cup of syrup equivalent to 1 cup of sugar.
