3 cups bread flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Salt Free
Seasoning Blend.
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup buttermilk (warm to room temperature) 1/4 cup warm water
3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Pour all liquids into a mixing bowl; add flour and cheese (Use Bread Flour). Mix into a soft dough ball adding small amounts of extra flour or a few drops of water if needed. Cover with a towel and let set for 60 minutes to rise. Flour a board and punch dough into a loaf. Cut off pieces and shape into round biscuits, place them nearly touching each other on a baking sheet. Cover and let rise again for 40 minutes. Bake at 350-F until lightly golden.
While biscuits are still oven hot, lightly brush tops with 1/3 teaspoon garlic salt mixed with 4 tablespoon melted butter and serve.
