CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE
Steamed cooked then baked in sour cream


1 good sized head cauliflower.
1 cup sour cream, thinned with 1/4 cup water
1 cup bread crumbs         
Salt and pepper
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper steamed cooked with cauliflower.


Cook steam a head of Cauliflower  in some lightly salted water in a covered pot until tender. Add about 2 inches of  water and keep adding to it as it cooks to keep up the level . Drain and place in buttered baking dish. Salt and pepper it, cover with bread crumbs and pour sour cream over it. Bake in moderate oven until crumbs are browned.
