Pork Ribs 
East Asia Barbecue Recipe

2-1/2 lbs slab pork ribs, cut bone in pieces 
1/4 teaspoon Chinese 5 spice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup Ketchup
1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce (Peking Sauce)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons honey 
1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder

Mix all Ingredients together except honey. Heat and stir until sauce mixes well, remove sauce from heat and split sauce into two portions. Use only one portion to lightly brush ribs on both sides. Let ribs set covered overnight under refrigeration. 
Next day: Place ribs on a broiler pan. Bake at 350-F for 1 to 1-½ hours until done.

Set oven to broil. Add honey to the saved remaining mixture, brush ribs and broil each side a few minutes to glaze ribs.
