CREAM PIE RECIPE | COCONUT MACAROON PIE

Ingredients
1-1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup, soft butter
2 tablespoon flour
3/4 cup milk
1 and 1/2 cup coconut flakes, can or package

Method
Beat well the sugar, salt and eggs, add and blend in well the butter and flour, now blend in milk, fold in 1 cup coconut. Pour in a unbaked 9'' pie shell, sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut on top. Pre-heat oven and bake at 325-F for 30 minutes or until done.
