Grilled Steak Salad

Salad Dressing Ingredients:
1/8 cup soy sauce, lite
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sugar 
1/8 cup lemon juice, fresh
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon, hot sauce

Whisk together first 10 ingredients. Set dressing aside. 

Salad Mixture:
7 cups romaine lettuce, chopped, rinsed
3/4 cup snow peas, cut in thirds
1/2 red pepper, medium, sliced thin
1/2 yellow pepper, medium, sliced thin
1 and 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 and 1/2 cup baby carrots, sliced
Flank steak, trimmed, grilled and chilled

Instructions:
Slice thin 3/4 lb flank steak or boneless beef, pan grill in a little olive oil seasoned with salt and pepper. 
Chill cooked meat then add to salad. 

Pour dressing over salad and toss.

 Serve cold
