Marinade To Tenderize Steak Meat Cuts
Use beer as a natural marinade for tough cuts of beef such as; round steak, flank steak (London broil,) 7-bone, pot roast, brisket, shank, plate (skirt steak and hanger steak,) stew meat.
Ingredients and Instructions
Jab-pierce meat very well with fork
Salt and pepper it
5 finely minced garlic clove
½ chopped red onion
3 whole fresh sprigs of rosemary
1 can beer (beer is great tenderizer and contains delicious herbs)
Place all in a container twice as deep as steak.
Place covered container in refrigerator for 1 hour or longer is better.
Remove only the marinated meat and brush lightly with olive oil before grilling or broiling.
This marinade is great for any type of beef and beef roasts.
The same marinade can be frozen and re-used at another time.
