NO BAKE PUMPKIN PIE
Pumpkin Pudding
1 (15 oz.) can Pumpkin
1 Store brand Vanilla instant pudding,
using only 1/2 the milk as directed on box.
1 Tub of Cool Whip
3/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 cup white Sugar
3/4 cup brown Sugar
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust shell broken up in pieces
In a large bowl mix the pumpkin with, pumpkin spice, white sugar, brown sugar and the prepared pudding, then lightly mix in the Cool Whip and marshmallows. NOTE: If you do not want the graham cracker pie crust; break up a few cookies and mix them in just before serving or; if you prefer, bake a frozen pie shell per package directions, let shell cool then add it to the pumpkin mixture by breaking the pie shell into pieces and mixing it into the cooled pumpkin mixture just before serving.
Makes 8-10 pudding servings or one pie
