HOW TO MAKE PORK CHOP GLAZE
Two Glaze Recipes

Broiled Barbeque Porkchop Glaze
Ingredients
4 oz. pineapple juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
2 teaspoon apple or white wine vinegar

Method
Heat everything in a saucepan, stirring and mixing well until sugar dissolves.
Brush on Pork Chops the final few minutes of broiling, turning once,  careful not to let sauce overly blacken. Turn off oven heat and open oven door all the way, let finished chops set a few minutes before serving.

Chipotle HOT Maple Glaze Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoon ketchup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon Chipotle Pepper (This adds a pleasant smoked flavor and is spicy hot; found in major supermarket grocery stores that stock "McCormick" brand spices)

Method
Brush on just cooked fish, chops and other meats then place under a broiler for only 2-3 minutes or remove sooner if it starts to blacken.
