POTATO WITH GREEN BEANS AND PINTO BEANS
Makes a nice & easy side dish
Ingredients and Method
Peel and chop up two large or three medium potatoes and place the pieces in bottom of a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle them with 1/4 cup chopped onions, black pepper and salt then dot with some slabs of butter. Add a nice layer of frozen french cut green beans and one cup of can pinto beans. Pour over one can of condensed chicken soup mixed with ½ cup water. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350F until everything is tender. Add a little more water if needed during cooking.
Makes 4 side dish servings
