Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Quick Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
4 cups sugar
1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup butter
1 package (12 ounce) semi sweet chocolate bits
1 jar (7 ounce) marshmallow cream or 2 and 1/2
cups mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans nuts
Method
In a one gallon microwave proof bowl, mix sugar, milk and butter.
Cooking is critical - Microwave on High for 6 to 9 minutes, or until a few drops of mixture in cold water forms a soft ball (234-F on candy thermometer). Stir well every 3 minutes during cooking.
When finished cooking, stir in chocolate bits and marshmallow until well blended. Add and mix in the vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered 9 inch square dish. Let Cool.
*When working with heated candies, wear protective clothing and gloves, guard face and eyes. Keep children away. Use a candy thermometer.
