PARTY FINGERFOOD ROLL UPS
Ham and Genoa Roll-Up Finger Food

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Horseradish
2 lb. Ham, sliced
½ lb. Cream Cheese
1/4 lb. Genoa Salami, sliced
7 Tortilla, browned in a frying pan with
a few drops of cooking oil.

Method
In food processor, use steel blade to combine cream cheese, Genoa salami, ham and horseradish. Spread each slice of a pan warmed tortilla with 3 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture thinned with a small amount of water, if needed, then jellyroll the tortilla and cut into 8 bite size pieces.
Makes approximately 56 hors d'oeuvres
