PINEAPPLE SALAD
Marshmallow Nut - Hawaiian Fruit Recipe
Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoon corn starch
3 tablespoon sugar
1 medium size can pineapple chunks
1 cup celery. chopped
10 marshmallows, cut or 2 cups mini-marshmallows
1/2 cup walnut pieces
Method
Heat juice of pineapple until you see the start of small bubbles. Now mix the eggs with the corn starch and sugar then pour the very warm pineapple juice over it and beat. Place it back on the stove and cook a few minutes, beat again, now pour it over the marshmallows, pineapple and nuts. When cool mix in the celery.
