Steak Meat Stick

1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ tablespoons black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Shake it all in a baggie

Stick Steak Meat Instructions:
Rub the mixed spices all over a 3 lbs Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast
Put the roast in a plastic shopping bag and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer and soak sticks in water for 1 hour. 
Remove roast from refrigerator and cube the meat
String cubes of steak meat onto ten (6 inch) bamboo wood skewers sticks

Add some melted butter mixed 50/50 with cooking oil to a skillet and fry sticks on a medium heat, turning as needed, cook to medium rare or medium (Steak Meat will get tough when overcooked).

Just before serving, melt ½ stick of butter in microwave. Add 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar, stir and brush each skewer before serving.
