Cuban Marinated Steak
Sirloin, Poterhouse, New York and Boston Strip Steak marinate and rub recipes
Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds porterhouse, strip or sirloin steaks
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
1-1/2 teaspoons Oregano Leaves
½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, except steak, in small bowl. Poke (jab) steak all over with a fork. Place steak in a large zip-lock sealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turning to coat well.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
Optional Suggestion: Lightly fry some sweet onion slices and pineapple chunks in a pan with a little olive oil and serve over steak.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Oregano Leaves
Instructions
Mix Steak Seasoning, sugar, onion powder and oregano in small bowl until well blended. Generously season steak with spice mixture.
Grill over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
