SWEET POTATO RECIPE
Sweet Potato Marshmallow Crunch.
Easy and quick to make.


Sweet Potato Marshmallow Ingredients
1 (29 oz.) can Sweet Yams, mashed and all juice drained
25 marshmallows
3 tablespoon Lemon juice
1cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1/4 cup melted butter
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
4 cups frosted corn flakes,
crushed but not into a powder.

Sweet Potato Marshmallow Instructions
Strain well the juice off sweet potatoes and discard the juice. In a large enough mixing bowl, add all ingredients with the sweet potatoes except the corn flakes and marshmallows. Beat as you would to make mashed potatoes.
Put mixture into a baking dish. Bake in a 350F oven for  25 minutes. Remove from oven then sprinkle with corn flakes and lay marshmallows on top. Bake a few minutes more until marshmallows are browned
