​Bean Salad
No cooking required

Ingredients;
3 cans cooked white beans - Great Northern Beans
Water rinse beans in strainer 
3/4 cup sugar 
1/2 cup vegetable oil 
3/4 cup Red or White Wine vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano 
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped radish
Tomato and fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
Mix everything except green pepper and radish and let marinate overnight, stirring once or twice, do not put in refrigerator, oil will thicken. Next day, mix in green pepper and radish and garnish with some tomato wedges and parsley before serving.
