SPICES THAT MAKE HAMBURGERS TASTE GOOD
Seasoning Ground Hamburger Meat
1 lb of ground hamburger
1 teaspoon Adobo Seasoning - A Latino spice with mixture that contains salt including garlic, onion, Tellicherry black pepper (a must), Mexican oregano, cumin and cayenne red pepper. Sold in most food supermarkets, usually in the Mexican food isle.
½ teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning - Contains celery salt, mustard, red pepper, black pepper, bay leaves, clovers, all spice, ginger, mace, cardamom, cinnamon and paprika
In a bowl, sprinkle the spices over ground hamburger meat and mix well.
Cover bowl and place in a refrigerator for at least two hours.
Remove from refrigerator and divide into 4-5 patties. Flatten each between two sheets of wax paper to any thickness you want.
Pan fry, oven broil or charcoal grill them.
