BEER COOKING.
Easy crock pot beer beef brisket recipe.

Beer used in cooking goes nicely with cheese and in cheese sauces, chicken, beef, in breads, seafood's and desserts. Beer is much less acidic than either wine, vinegar or citrus juices and is commonly used in barbeque sauces and marinades. It tenderize meats without breaking down texture as rapidly as more powerful acids. Use it to tenderize and marinated raw fish or braised meat, add to a soup, in place of vinegar use it in a salad dressing, add it to the water when curing ham, use it in lamb and duck sauces.
