Big Boy Sauce: (Enough for
1/2 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise or Best Foods Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Vlasic's Brand of dill pickle relish
1/2 tablespoon French's Classic Yellow Mustard Brand
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic, powder form
1/2 teaspoon onion, powder form
Mix everything together with ½ teaspoon dehydrated onions and refrigerate for one hour or more allowing the flavors to bend together.
Substitutes: If you use sweet relish instead of dill pickle relish, use the sweet and do not use any sugar. Also using Dijon mustard works very well.
