BISCUIT RECIPE
Bisquick Biscuits with Cream of Wheat (Farina)
Soft Fluffy Dough Inside and
Crunchy Outside Biscuits

Ingredients;
3/4 cup cream of wheat boiled in 1 1/2 cup
of milk until it starts to get thick, then cool until
warm. (Boil using a medium high heat stirring rapidly and constantly.)
Mix this in with 5 cups of Betty Crocker  Bisquick,
Add 11/4 cup milk, mix well but do not over mix to
ensure flakiness,

Method;
Roll out on a floured board, sprinkle flour over dough and shape into a round ball. Roll out dough to about ½" thick. Cut with a cutter of use a juice glass rim. Preheat oven to 450-F and bake 12 rolls at a time for 11 minutes.
Remove from oven and lightly brush with 4 tablespoon butter melted and mixed with 1/3 teaspoon garlic salt.

Makes 24 biscuits.

Bisquick Substitute Recipe
5 cups, all purpose Flour
2 1/2 teaspoons, baking powder
1 teaspoon, salt
8 tablespoons, vegetable shortening
