1 head, good sized head cauliflower
1 cup sour cream, thinned with 1/4 cup water
1 cup bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
1/2 pint sour cream
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper steamed cooked with the cauliflower
Cook steam a head of Cauliflower in some lightly salted water in a covered pot until tender by adding about 2 inches of water and keep adding to it as it cooks to keep up the level.
Drain and place in buttered baking dish. Salt and pepper it, cover with bread crumbs and spread sour cream over it. Bake in moderate oven about 350-F until crumbs are browned.
