Cobbler Recipe (Serve it warm.)
Apple, Cherry, Peach

Cobbler Ingredients:
28 oz can, sliced apples in sweeten syrup
2 tablespoons corn starch
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon 
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup juice from the can of apples
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened

Apple Cobbler Batter: 
1 cup flour, sifted 
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons soft butter 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Small amounts of milk to thin batter

Filling: In a medium bowl, combine apples, corn starch, cinnamon, salt, vanilla and juice. Turn into a 5x9-inch baking pan. Dot apples with butter. 

Batter: Combine all batter ingredients. Beat until smooth. Add small amount of milk to thin batter to the consistency of pancake batter. Spread batter over apples. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees F or until crust is golden brown. Serve hot with cream or top each serving with a scoop of ice cream.

Leftover Cobbler can be re-warmed in a microwave oven.

Makes 4-5 servings

You can also use canned Cherries or Peaches or a mixture of other fruits
