Fruit Coleslaw

1/2 cup Whipping Cream (or 3/4 cup sour cream)
3 tablespoons Hellman’s or Best Foods mayonnaise 
1/3 cup plain white table sugar (or more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
I teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup (canned) mandarin oranges including some of the juice
½ banana, thin sliced
I/2 head of cabbage, shredded
Some shaved carrot to your liking
Optional: raisins, add banana slices just before serving'

Mix all together well.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer before serving.

Yield: 5-6 servings
