Black Bean Couscous Recipe - Kuskusas
Serve with BBQ Chicken or Barbecue Pork

Ingredients
1 cup water
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
Pinch of all-spice
3 tablespoon butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes or use
1-½ cup prepared Couscous, original plain
1 can black beans, 15.5 oz

Method
In a medium saucepan, heat to a heavy boiling the water, stir in cumin, all-spice, butter and bouillon cubes until cubes are dissolved. Add and stir in Couscous, remove from heat and cover pan for 7 minutes then add and stir in drained black beans. Reheat everything a little if needed.

Serve with lemon wedges.
Makes 4 servings.
