Baked Ranch Rolls
Western Potato Bread Rolls

3/4 cup warm water
1 package active dry yeast
½ cup leftover mashed potatoes or prepare 1/2 cup instant potato buds
1 stick soft margarine
2 eggs
3-½ cups all purpose flour
¾ teaspoons salt
½ cup sugar

Mix yeast with lukewarm water. Stir and set aside for 10 minutes.
Combine potatoes, melted margarine and eggs and stir. Mix in the flour, salt and sugar then, pour in the water with the yeast in it and blend in. 
Put in refrigerator for a day. Next day or up to 3 days, preheat the oven to 375-F. Flour your hands and dough, make eight dough balls then place them onto a greased round baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes or more until they raise and are lightly browned.

Makes 8 rolls.
