MACARONI GROUND BEEF GOULASH
(Good Flavor Recipe) for Family, Military
and School Lunch Cafeteria.

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped Red or Green Bell Pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon Ketchup
1 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in water
1 can (10 3/4-ounce) condensed tomato soup with 1 can of water
1 cup of canned diced tomatoes
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Pinch of cayenne pepper to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
½ pound cooked macaroni (Cook macaroni only until the texture is slightly chewy to the bite.)

Method
Using 1 tablespoon cooking oil mixed with 1/3 cup water, break up and slightly brown the ground beef in a large fry pan. Lower heat to medium and add onion, bell pepper and garlic to the meat, cook until onion is tender and ground beef is no longer pink. Add all other ingredients including macaroni and simmer for about 30 minutes or until cooked and tender (add small amounts of water if needed as it simmers.)
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
Servings; 4-6
