Ground Beef and Macaroni

1 1/2 lbs ground beef hamburger meat 
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
5 garlic cloves, chopped
3 vine ripe, cut up tomatoes
1 (10-3/4 oz) can condensed tomato soup
1 cup water
4 cups tomato juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
4 teaspoons chili powder

Fry onion, green bell pepper, fresh tomatoes and garlic with butter and olive oil then remove and place in a large enough saucepan adding condensed tomato soup, tomato juice, water, cumin, chili powder, paprika, vinegar, cayenne pepper, sugar, soy sauce and salt to taste then stir and simmer for 30 minutes
Now fry hamburger adding it when done to the saucepan. Simmer everything about 10 minutes more.

1 lb box of any shape macaroni then cooked, drained then stirred in with everything. Do not overcook Macaroni. Leave it a little chewy - ”al denta“
