Cold Macaroni Salad

1-3/4 cups elbow macaroni 
1 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon red or white wine vinegar 
1 tablespoon prepared Mustard
1 teaspoon sugar 
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch of garlic powder 
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 
1 cup chopped celery 
2/3 cup chopped green or mixture of green and red bell pepper 
3/4 cup chopped sweet onion
3 chopped hardboiled eggs 

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
Combine Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise, vinegar, Mustard, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper in large bowl. Stir in macaroni, celery, bell pepper, eggs and onion. Add more mayonnaise if needed to your taste. 

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
