1 heaping tablespoon Wish-Bone Thousand Island Dressing
1 heaping tablespoon Vlasic Dill Relish
1/2 teaspoon Horseradish
1 teaspoon dehydrated dry onions

Fish sauce instructions:
Mayonnaise already contains many ingredients needed for Fish
Tartar Sauce such as oil, egg yolk and either vinegar or lemon juice
and embellished with other herbs and spices.

Mix all ingredients well, cover and let set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until onions soften and up to 3 days.
Add 1 tablespoon per sandwich.
Enough for 4 Fish Sandwiches.

Note: To our understanding; McDonald's may use
Gorton North American Seafood Breaded Fish
Fillets which are prepared especially for McDonald's in a square shape. You wont find the square shaped ones at your supermarket but you still can buy them in the regular fillet shape. (See Photo)

Let your taste be the proof, McDonalds may
deep fry them but when the store bought ones are baked according to package instructions then let to cool a little, thebreading becomes crunchy like it was deep fried.

EACH SANDWICH
1 Bun, slightly toast inside of both buns in a frying pan
(McDonald uses slightly sweet dough buns, delivered
by their baker) Substitute bun with your favorite
hamburger bun.
2 fillets of Gorton frozen Southern Fried
Fish Fillets, bake them, uncovered (425F)
for 18 minutes, turning once after 10 minutes
and until coating is golden brown and crunchy.
1 Slice of Kraft Deli Deluxe American Cheese
(Make sure cheese is room temperature, place
a cheese slice on the bottom bun then arrange
two, still hot, fillets on it. Let fillets cool to slightly
warm and they will get more crunchy as they cool.
Spoon on 1 tablespoon prepared sauce.
