Pizza Sauce
Thick, slightly sweet pizza sauce

In a 3 quart sauce pan, fry 1 cup diced onions in 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil until some edges just begin to turn light brown (about 4 to 6 minutes) using a medium heat. 
Next add to the pan 2 (cans 14.5 oz each) Crushed peeled tomatoes.
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 ½ teaspoons dry granulated garlic
3/4 teaspoon dried basil 
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme 
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano 
2 teaspoons kosher salt 
1/4 teaspoon white pepper 
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar 

Simmer 30-45 minutes stirring occasionally.

This with water is needed.

Leftover sauce can be frozen then reheated.
