POLISH BOY SANDWICH

The Polish Boy is a sausage sandwich
originating in the East-side of 
Cleveland, Ohio.
It contains a piece of cooked 
Kielbasa sausage (AKA: Polish Sausage) 
placed in a hotdog or hamburger 
bun, covered with a layer of  barbecue 
sauce and a layer of coleslaw then 
served with a side or topped with french fries.  
Add a pickle spear to the plate. 

Kiełbasa, kołbasa, klobasa, kobasa, kolbasi, kovbasa, kobasi, and kubasa are known as Polish sausage and Ukrainian sausage.
