Tender Roasted 
Pork and Gravy 

1 and ½ pounds boneless pork loin cut into cubes 
½ cups flour, dissolved with water, set aside until ready to thicken gravy.

Mix all of this group and heat in a saucepan until it slow boils
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
I package onion soup mix
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
1 can (10.5 oz.) condensed mushroom soup
1 teaspoon lemon juice, lime or white vinegar
1 pinch dried powdered thyme
2 teaspoon salt 
4 cups of water

Add enough of the flour mixed with water to the boiling saucepan to thicken broth into a gravy

Brown meat in a 400F oven for 20-30 minutes until no longer pink. Then put aside.

Pour gravy over meat, cover and bake at 325-F for 45 minutes or longer until fork tender and done.
