BBQ RIB RUB - BAR B Q CHICKEN RUB
Use this contest winner barbecue rub for, fiery hot, pork ribs and chicken.
Rub Ingredients:
3 tablespoon granulated garlic
2 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoon dried basil
5 tablespoon black ground pepper
4 tablespoon sweet paprika
5 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground cumin
6 tablespoon kosher flake salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Method
Make up a batch by shaking all ingredients in a plastic zip lock bag and use the bag to store leftover. Rub some mixed spices into meat the night before grilling.
