SCALLOP POTATO  RECIPE
Cheesy Baked Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
1 can (11 ounces) condensed cream
of celery or condensed chicken soup
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2  cup milk
Dash pepper
4 thinly sliced potatoes (4 cups)
1 small onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoon butter or margarine
Dashes of paprika
1 cup shredded cheese

Preparation
Mix soup, milk, cottage cheese and pepper together. In a buttered
1 ½ - 2 quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and the mixture. Dot top with dabs of butter; sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake in a 350F oven 1 hour. Uncover; bake 15 minutes more until tender. Last 15 minutes of baking sprinkle with mild shredded cheddar cheese or top with 4 slices American cheese.
Makes 4 servings.
