Crispy breading, you can hear the crunch
1 pound (36 pieces) frozen jumbo cooked shrimp, peeled and with tails on (thaw and pat dry with paper towels).
3 medium or 2 large eggs
1/4 cup water
Mix 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic granules and 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning.
Mix 1- 1/2 cups Kikkoman Panko bread crumbs with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic granules and 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning.
Fry breaded shrimp with Vegetable oil or canola oil
Beat eggs and water in a medium bowl until frothy.
Put flour mixture in a plastic bag and shake to coat shrimp.
Spread out Panko crumbs in a dish.
Dip shrimp into egg batter and then coat both sides with Panko Bread Crumbs, pressing Panko onto shrimp.
Pour enough oil into large, heavy pot to reach depth of 2 inches and heat oil to only 350 degrees-F. Working in batches, add shrimp to hot oil and deep-fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes each side (use tongs to carefully turn pieces over). Remove and drain shrimp on paper towels.

If desired, serve with cocktail sauce for dipping.
