​Tuna Salad
Cold tuna salad for salad topping, sub sandwiches, cracker spread, pita bread filling, flatbread wraps

2 (5 oz. cans) Tuna, well drained
Start off with 1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup fresh celery, finely chopped
3/4 cup sweet onion, finely chopped
¼ cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon Lawry Seasoning Salt
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoons white or red wine vinegar 
Add to taste - more mayonnaise 

In a large bowl start with 1 cup mayonnaise, mix with mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, seasoning salt, sugar, black pepper. 
Mix in the tuna then celery, onion, bell pepper. Taste and add more mayonnaise to your taste and appearance satisfaction. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Makes 5-6 servings

The tuna can be substituted using chopped chicken, shrimp, crab, ham, baloney or turkey.
