TUNA SALAD
Spread on a sub bun for a Subway tuna sandwich, spread on toasted bread for a Big Boy tuna sandwich or place a scoop of tuna over a bed of lettuce for a Denny’s tuna salad plate.

Ingredients
2 can of water packed tuna (squeeze drained.)
½ cup of celery
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
8 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoon thousand island salad dressing
2 heaping tablespoon dill relish
1-1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt and Pepper
Makes enough for two (6 inch) sub sandwich or 3-4 bread sandwiches or 2 scoops over a bed of lettuce.

Instructions
Mix mayonnaise with sugar, thousand island dressing and dill relish, refrigerate for several hours until sugar in sauce is no longer gritty.
Mix tuna with celery, vegetable oil and salt and pepper to taste then refrigerate.
Mix everything together well before using. Serve sandwiches with potato chips
