GROUND TURKEYBURGER
Replace a Hamburger with a Lower Fat ground Turkey Burger

Cooking and Instructions
1 lb. ground turkey.
Pat into four 3/8 inch burgers between wax paper sheets (quarter pound each)

Dip each patty in 3 tablespoon soy sauce mixed with two tablespoon cooking oil.
Sprinkle patties with paprika, pepper and garlic powder.
Pan Fry about 7 minutes flipping once or on a Barbeque
Grill or on a George Foreman Grill
Toast hamburger buns then lightly butter them.  
Optional; Add a slice or two of American cheese or Baby Swiss cheese on
a hot burger.
Place a tomato slice and a thin salad onion slice on meat patty.
Spread mayonnaise on other half bun or your favorite condiments.

*Expect turkey burger to be slightly drier then a regular hamburger patty.
* If you like spicy hot food; mix 1 teaspoon red peper flakes into the ground turkey before cooking.
